Canapés and Party Suggestions

Tip: When calculating the number of canapés you need, allow 4-6 per person per hour of the party. If you are having 15 guests and expect it to last for 3 hours then you would require 180-270 canapés. Note: Sushi requires at least 48 hours notice. All fish is cooked, marinated or smoked, not raw.
